Design Notes

The 5'-terminal 403 nucleotides are from Saccharomyces cerevisiae Reference Strain S288C chromosome II, coordinates 477268 to 477670, in the promoter region of the TEF2/YBR118W coding sequence. That sequence is identical to Part BBa_K165037. This variant has an additional six nucleotides (tactag) added to its 3' terminus.
